La Darcha festival- A grand and vibrant celebration of the historical trade relations between the different Himalayan regions of Kinnaur, Lahaul, Spiti, Ladakh, Bhutan, Tibet and many others. This trade fair used to celebrate since many years . Traders used to gather in La darcha ( place near chicham bridge) for months . Trade of wool, grains , salt , precious stones etc were done . With time this trade fair is now transformed into cultural festival and this festival is now celebrated in Kaza . Many cultural programs and traditional stalls were showcasing the rich culture of spiti valley . This video is all about the vibrant and traditional culture of Spiti. Thank you so much for watching.
