Dinky produced a truck advertising a battery manufacturer from 1955 to 1958. The model is now highly sought after on the market as it is quite rare. My copy had a cracked chassis and was missing a rear door. In the video, I showed how to make a door for this model, using only photos, as I had no way of copying my door from the original. I replaced the tyres on the model, using generally available o-rings, which are no different to the tyres used by Dinky in the 1950s. I also made the box based on the layout of the original. I did not create a two-piece box, but a normal flap closure box. I thank you for watching the video, I publish car repair videos on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
