I fabricated an electric winch and mount to facilitate raising and lowering the antenna ... this makes it easy to lower the Hex-Beam to work on the rotator or antenna, when we have severe weather here in Metro Atlanta, GA, and when we are away from home ... I raise and lower this antenna 25 to 30 times each year ...
