The Dr650 has been built the same way since 1996 until the current iteration if you are lucky enough to live in a country where it is still available. Because of this the process of changing the choke cable is the same across the board. Along the way I will talk about what I know about chokes and fuel enrichment (which is not a lot) to help pass on any knowledge I can.
