Arepas 😋 KETO version, without flour! . 🛒 INGREDIENTS (Serves 4) ▪️ 100 g almond flour ▪️ 60 g cream cheese ▪️ 1 teaspoon xanthan gum ▪️ 20 g butter, melted (+ for cooking) ▪️ 1 egg 🥚 ▪️ 1 pinch of salt 🧂 . 👩‍🍳 PREPARATION 1. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl: almond flour, cream cheese, xanthan gum, butter, egg, and salt. Mix 🥣 and knead until a dough forms. 2. Let the dough rest for 5 minutes ⏳ and divide into 4. 3. Shape the dough into discs. If you find it difficult to handle, lightly grease your hands with oil. 4. Heat a pan with butter over very low heat 🔥. Cook the breads covered for 5 minutes ⏲ or until the bottoms are golden brown. Flip and cook covered for 5 more minutes. 5.
