I have enough time to explore it completely and get a sense of what this place is all about. Burgas has many areas you'll never visit unless you have a specific need. The city is very large, and many of its residential areas are quite isolated from the central part of the city. This area was a village until 1987 and has a population of 1,000-1,500. Judging by what I saw, it feels like there are only 200-300 residents. The area is very similar to other residential areas of the city: Vetren, Banevo, Cherno More, and others, but if you look closely, it's very neat, clean, and the streets are well-shaped. There are quite a few decent, even very decent, houses. In terms of amenities, there's a supermarket, bus service, a kindergarten, a sports field, a library, a church—pretty much everything. The area was settled by refugees just over a hundred years ago. Of course, there are some significant downsides, such as the proximity of an oil refinery (it's 4 kilometers as the crow flies) and the fact that the area is surrounded by industrial zones. Based on these criteria, it's even listed as uninhabitable, but I had the opportunity to find out firsthand, which I did. There's almost no real estate for sale here; small plots sometimes appear at prices similar to those in Vetren or Banevo, or even higher. Mostly people live here, and apparently, nothing reaches the websites.
