Search criteria: studio or two-room apartments in the central part of Burgas, budget up to €100,000, in top-quality condition. Excluding the Meden Rudnik district. The budget is small, there aren't many options, and out of a dozen, six options were selected. Most were typical one-room apartment buildings in poor condition. A couple of studio apartments were also included in the selection, one of which turned out to be a warehouse. We started with the Zornitsa district: a one-room apartment in a renovated panel building for €93,800, on the second floor with central heating, in need of renovation. The second similar option in the Izgrev area for €98,000 turned out to be the best. There was also an apartment in the Slaveykov area, and we were able to cancel the remaining viewings because our decision had already been made. Within a couple of hours, we went to pick up the money while the seller's agent prepared the documents, and that same day, we signed a stop deposit for the apartment in Izgrev for €98,000. I drove the client home and half an hour later received information that the seller was refusing to sell the apartment because he had found a buyer himself. The next day, we picked up our money at the agency's office. A couple of days later, the client decided to buy the first option in Zornitsa. I prepared the documents and contacted the seller's agent, but the buyer changed his plans that morning, and the whole thing remained a matter of choice.
