Evidence has emerged indicating that there were organized crimes beyond incompetence or negligence during the 6.3 local elections. Investigators from the joint investigation team of the prosecution and police have conducted searches of the National Election Commission and other locations on suspicion that election commission employees manipulated voting statistics. The election commission employees are suspected of having concealed their mistakes by manipulating hourly voting statistics instead of correcting the number of voters incorrectly entered.
