Welcome to this silent Breathe and Flow yoga class for full body flexibility. The ideal stretching routine for flexibility, mobility & relaxation on your days off or after your workout. Bre from Breathe and Flow is demonstrating the poses for you in silence. This class is a bit different than others as there are no instructions but music and a timer. If you are unfamiliar with the poses we suggest you do our EMBARK 7 day beginner yoga program instead (or in addition). This practice is great in the morning, in the middle of your work day or before/after a workout. It does not matter how the poses look in your body or deep you can go. Focus on the breath and enjoy the sensations the poses create in your body.
