Luto en Colombia: Más de 250 muertos en Mocoa, Putumayo

Three rivers swollen by the rains carried hundreds of tons of rocks, debris, and logs into 17 neighborhoods in Mocoa, leaving at least 250 dead, hundreds injured, and more than 200 missing. The president declared a public disaster, as more than 5,000 people were left homeless, and the entire southern Putumayo region is without water or electricity.
