After days of troubleshooting. Hours of staring at wiring diagrams. Multiple nights wondering if I even knew what I was doing. (Still dont). Turns out, it wasn't the wiring. It wasn't the sensors. It wasn't the ECU. It was mechanical timing. Off by a single tooth on the exhaust cam gear.
