Friday night, all to myself. After a long week at work, I took a little detour on the way home to enjoy the cherry blossoms lit up at night — and stopped by a matcha shop for a treat. Back home, I made kinako (roasted soybean powder) ice cream and a warm egg ankake udon for dinner. A quiet evening of cooking, a long bath with a book, and homemade dessert to end the night.
