Borrachuelos

Easy recipe for borrachuelos, a typical Andalusian sweet with a deeply traditional flavor and appearance. The recipe varies depending on the region; I'm going to make the one my mother taught me, which is the same recipe used in the province of Jaén. It's ideal to make as a family, because while some roll out and cut the dough, the rest fry and coat them. A traditional dessert meant to be enjoyed (in moderation, of course) all year round. ························································ INGREDIENTS: 250 g wheat flour 80 g extra virgin olive oil Orange peel 80 ml white wine A pinch of salt For frying and coating: Sunflower oil for frying 100 g sugar 1 tablespoon cinnamon Ground ························································ EXTRA CONTENT My books and recipes in PDF 👉 https://www.lasrecetasdemj.com/p/rece...
