Thank you for your support! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rib Process: ✅Season ribs with celery salt, brisket pepper, smoked paprika, and Dad Dust (50/50 granulated garlic & granulated onion with a pinch of msg). ✅Smoke at 150F/66C for 2 hours ✅Up temp to 225F/107C and cook for 1 hour. ✅Wrap ribs in aluminum foil with 1 stick of softened margarine and 1/4 cup brown sugar. ✅Cook for 1 hour at 300F/149C ✅Remove from the foil and pour the juices over it. ✅Cook on air crisp 400F/204C for 10 minutes ✅Let the ribs rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving
