Trauma: cuando el cuerpo sigue en alerta | Lucas Casanova y Darina Nikolaeva
Trauma is no longer understood solely as the consequence of an event, but as the imprint left when an experience cannot be integrated. In this episode, Lucas Casanova and Darina Nikolaeva explore how the nervous system organizes, and sometimes limits, our capacity to process our experiences, and how this can lead to symptoms that often go unnoticed or are interpreted in isolation. They address both the most visible and the more subtle manifestations, including thought patterns, deep-seated beliefs, and ways of relating that may stem from unresolved experiences. The conversation also incorporates the dimension of guilt, as well as the importance of psychoeducation and self-compassion as pathways to a broader and less fragmented understanding of one's own experience.
