It's here that, since April 2022, two talented young people, Giovanni Giglio and Edoardo Cicchinelli, have created Extremis, a contemporary pizzeria that has amazed me from the first bite. I should have returned much earlier, but... as they say, better late than never! So, more than a year after my first visit in the 2024 summer pizza video, here I am again to tell you about and delve deeper into this experience that, once again, has won my heart, guys... the gricia with figs was love at first bite, and the fried mutton deserves a round of applause. 👏 ✨ A little tip not to be overlooked: before the restaurant, find a partner parking lot and use it. There's usually a guy with a yellow reflective vest there. Ask him! I discovered it late and made the mistake of stopping at the one at the beginning of the street, spending almost €10 for just 2-3 hours...
