Mother-in-law’s Signature Glutinous Rice Serves 8–10 people Ingredients: 500g glutinous rice (soaked in water for 4 hours) 300g meat, cut into strips 50g dried shrimp (soaked 5 mins, drained) 4 shiitake mushrooms (soaked until soft, shredded) Minced garlic Minced shallots Seasoning: 1 tbsp light soy sauce 2 tsp salt A little pepper Dark soy sauce Garnish: 2 tbsp sesame oil Diced green onion 2 red peppers (diced) Shredded eggs ✨ Drizzle sesame oil and top with garnishes before serving. Enjoy!
