Visually, it is an inclined panel with special handles at two height levels and a stop. A special system allows you to adjust the board's angle from 10 to 90 degrees. The Evminov board offers countless variations (a variety of exercises), allowing you to treat back problems simply and safely. In this video, Natalia Shevchenko, a practicing physiotherapist and rehabilitation specialist with over 15 years of experience, will give a free master class on using the Evminov board. After learning these exercises, you can easily practice them with your clients or use them to address your own back issues.
