First time riding San Diego Mountain Biking trails / May 3, 2020

I've been wanting to hit these San Diego trails for a while. Been hearing alot of good stuff about this place but just really hard making that long drive. Since there hasn't been traffic with the lock down we decided to head out there before it's too late. Danny showed us around it's his backyard. This place has some cool trails and 2 really steep roller features. One is called "Bowel Movement" and the other is "Peace Rock" these are both super steep almost vertical walls. I didn't even think I was going to hit it when I looked at it. It's so steep that the rear wheel actually doesn't even touch the wall until half way down. I'm scared of heights so this was a challenge for me but I'm so stoked I hit it. We hit a few trails but had some mechanicals and it got really hot. After hitting Otter Drop the plan was to climb back up to hit the 2 road gaps and 2 more trails but it just got so hot. We decided to head over to a secret spot where the locals call Disneyland. There were 3 different jumplines. Had a fun there. The jumps are dope but some sections need some maintenance after the rains. We had a good time both places were dope. Hopefully we can come back here when it's cooler in the winter.
