Riding with the Boys from Vegas / Snow Summit Bike Park / 6/8/26

I met up with some boys from Vegas at Snow Summit. I rode with Mike at Bootleg Canyon and we have been trying to meet up for a ride a few times but it hasnt worked out. It was cool to finally meet up and ride again, he brought his son Gavin who is only 10 and is such a good rider. We also met up with Joe, Renee and their 7 year old son Kai who is also a little ripper. I actually had more fun watching them ride than how I was riding. I was warned by multiple people about a step down that was sending people into a tree and multiple people got sent to the hospital. On one of the laps I almost hit that tree and it was just stuck in my mind. I couldn't shake it on the last lap it got super windy, I got blown twice and I just didnt feel it anymore. I still had a blast following Mike and Joe and of course watching the kids ride. I was bummed I didnt hit the new features but I know I made the right decision.
