We show how to remove and install both blade belts (synchronous timing belt and primary PTO belt), and upgrading the idler pulleys using the Toro / Exmark OEM commercial pulley kit. We compare the original factory pulley design, Toro's updated 2025 pulley version, and the OEM commercial upgrade pulley kit also used on Exmark Commercial 30” mowers. We also test and review a budget friendly third-party aftermarket version of the commercial pulley kit — and the results may surprise you.
