16 Minutes of Clusters + Push Press + Push Jerks 🔥
Today's workout was all about strength, technique, and consistency. My wife, son, and I completed a barbell complex every 2 minutes for 16 minutes: *1 cluster, 1 push press, and 2 push jerks* each round. The goal wasn't just to move weight—it was to stay sharp and consistent from the first round to the last. While we focused on the barbell work, Brianna put in her own training time with a conditioning session on the bike. Different workouts, one goal: showing up, improving, and getting stronger together as a family. #FamilyFitness #Weightlifting #PushJerk #StrengthTraining #TrainTogether
