Plein Air Painting Landscape - Mylor Creek Cornwall - part 1
It was a very cold and windy March morning in our part of Cornwall. I thought I would try painting a plein air landscape overlooking Mylor Creek from Restronguet Barton side. The shapes of the fields were very interesting and I really liked the soft colours in the landscape. The clouds raced across the sky and the sun even made a brief appearance towards the end. It was too cold (and complicated!) to finish en plein air so I will be going back for part 2 next week, to complete the oil painting on location. Thank you for watching - please leave any questions in the 'comments' section and I will get back to you. Bye for now - Andrew
