Smoked Ground Beef Jerky | Great Cook and SO EASY!

Been wanting to do this video for a while. So many variations you can do for this. The texture is great. Love this cook! Buy me a coffee: https://www.buymeacoffee.com/buqeyebbq Recipe: Go 80/20 or 85/15—you want some fat for flavor but not greasy. • 2 lbs ground beef • 2 tsp Diamond Crystal kosher salt (~1.25 tsp if using table salt equivalent) • 2 tsp coarse black pepper • 1 tbsp smoked paprika • 1 tsp garlic powder • 1 tsp onion powder • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, adjustable heat) • 1/2 tsp Prague Powder # 1 (optional, for curing - if used let cure in the fridge overnight. Liquid / flavor bind • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (your W Sauce 👍) • 1 tbsp soy sauce • 1–2 tsp liquid smoke (optional if you’re actually smoking it) • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar • 1–2 tsp sugar (optional, just a touch for balance—not sweet) Smoke/Dehydrate/Oven Cook on racks at 150 to 170 degrees F for 3-4 hours.
