Fixing, Restoring and Modding a Korg Poly-800!

I was given this 1985-era Korg Poly-800, as it was not working - and was going to be thrown away! In this video, I look at the synth, diagnose and fix the problems, restore it to full operation - and then make it better than ever, by installing the "Moog Slayer" mod, as well as a switchable 12/24db filter. I then demonstrate how the synth sounds with these mods installed! Every sound you hear in this video came from the Poly-800 shown in this video.
