I spent 17 days trekking 112 miles (180km) through one of Nepal’s most underrated regions: the Manaslu Circuit + Tsum Valley. With the help of the incredible team at Master Himalaya, I got the off-the-beaten-path adventure I’d been craving- remote villages, authentic culture, peaceful trails, and some of the most jaw-dropping mountain views I’ve ever seen. Manaslu is often overlooked in favor of Nepal’s big names like Everest Base Camp and Annapurna, but this region deserves way more attention. From dramatic valleys and ancient monasteries to suspension bridges, Himalayan wildlife, and high-altitude passes, this trail had everything. The itinerary, the food, the people, the weather- everything was perfect.
