Merluza con Gambas con Thermomix y José Ángel

Quick, healthy, and…not expensive!…that's our recipe today. I found hake at a great price, and frozen shrimp aren't too expensive either…at least I don't put a price on my health. Although I used half the amount of fish, I'm giving you the ingredients for 4 people. I've prepared the entire sauce…we need the liquid for steaming, and the sauce can be stored, frozen…and used for any other recipe. I really like it with chicken breasts or other fish if I grill them…but I'll tell you about that in the video…hehehe! We'll need: 150g of onion, quartered. 2 cloves of garlic. One teaspoon of chopped parsley. 60g of olive oil. Half a teaspoon of salt…or more, to your taste. 100g of water. 75g of white wine. - 1000g of hake fillets, slices…previously frozen and thawed. 400g of peeled shrimp. Black pepper.
