Patatas Revolconas con Torreznos con Thermomix y José Ángel

These are spectacular!…that's the word that defines these Revolconas potatoes. It's incredible how we can prepare a traditional recipe with the Thermomix, in this case from Castile and Extremadura, and have it turn out so good. I used some marinated pork belly, which is very easy to find, and some good La Vera paprika…the result is a 10!…well, a 9.8…hehehe.
