Réaliser une pâte sablée, ou l'acheter déjà faite dans le commerce.La cuire à blanc. 2. Porter à ébullition 300g de crème liquide avec 300g de pralines roses concassées. 3. Remuer, l'objectif est d'atteindre les 112 degrés. (si vous avez un thermomètre) Sinon à partir de l'ébullition, compter une minute en plus. 4. Retirer du feu et laisser tiédir quelques minutes puis verser sur la pâte cuite. 5. Laisser tiédir puis réserver au frigo 1heure de préférence. Bonne Dégustation !
