He co-founded and is CEO of Enseña Perú; he also co-founded Ayni, which brings together more than 1,300 diverse leaders from across the country to reimagine education. He has led more than 100 workshops and talks with global leaders and has served on the advisory committee of Teach for All. He is a contributor to Harvard Latin American Review, Educación, OECD, UNESCO, and Springer. He holds a Master's degree in Education from Harvard and a Master's degree in Management from Quantic Business School.
