What is Our Fruit?
“For every tree is known by its own fruit…” Luke 6:44a There are many instances in the Bible where the analogy of trees are used to describe the life of a believer. ‘A tree planted by streams of living water’ gives us a picture of us being rooted in God, our source of Living Water. The fruit that trees bear is not for their own consumption, but to be enjoyed by others. Likewise, the fruit of our lives becomes our testimony to those who come in contact with us.
