The first one, he had to wind down in a hurry owing to a poor choice of location in Yeshwantpur. He subsequently chose Jayanagar, a location that seemed to have worked well for him until the pandemic. Since then, he and his wife, Latha, who supports her husband with her two children in tow who have nowhere else to go after school and tuition, have been struggling a bit.
