This Simple Drill Will Make You Faster
This is one of my favorite drills for building speed, shot calling, and confidence by teaching your subconscious exactly how much (or how little) visual information it needs before breaking the shot. It's simple to set up, easy to scale, and one of the best drills I've found for improving transitions, target focus, and trust in what you see. Sometimes the fastest way to shoot isn't seeing more—it's learning how little you actually need to see.
