I've been getting marathon fuelling wrong...

Four weeks out from my marathon. And if there's one thing that I struggle with... it's fuelling. So we're doing something about it for marathon no2. Two days. 700g of carbs a day. Practice carb load before race week so I'm not figuring it out when it actually matters. Spoiler: it's a lot of food. More than I thought possible. And my body had opinions. ANYWAY This is two days in my life trying to eat like a marathon runner is supposed to and everything I learned that I'll be taking into race week.
