Indiaspora Post Election Panel

At a post-election analysis event hosted by Indiaspora on Thursday, November 7th, distinguished panelists examined potential policy shifts and their implications for the Indian-American community. The expert panel featured Shekhar Narasimhan, Founder and Chairman of AAPI Victory Alliance; Dhruva Jaishankar, Executive Director of ORF America; and Ohio State Senator Niraj Antani. The discussion was led by Neha Dewan, Senior Vice President of Operations and General Counsel at Indiaspora. They explored critical questions surrounding potential administration changes, including: What would be the policy priorities in the second Trump administration? What reforms will we see on trade, immigration and tariffs? Will mass deportations of illegal immigrants include several hundred thousand people of Indian origin? And how will the US-India relationship change under new leadership?
