Journaling, Contemplation, and Meditation

Journaling can help us center and focus; when we draw contemplatively, slowly, we find we pay attention in ways never before possible. We notice. We see. And whatever was worrying us or distracting us from mindfulness is no longer front and center. This video on mindful journaling was done for my class on keeping an artist's journal...but since I am so passionate about this subject, I decided to make it public and offer it to anyone who is interested.
