Joseph Parker and David Higgins close out the official David Nyika vs Floyd Masson launch event with laughs and praise for Auckland Mayor Wayne Brown. Parker joked that promoting was harder than expected, saying: “To be honest, I’ll stick to fighting… fighting is more straight forward.” David Higgins also praised Wayne Brown as “a man of the people,” while taking a light-hearted jab at former Auckland mayor Phil Goff, saying he could never even get a meeting with him. The event was held at Aka Rooftop Bar, Radisson RED Auckland, in partnership with Parker Promotions ahead of the IBF Cruiserweight World Title Eliminator between David Nyika and Floyd Masson.
