Doğada Aşure Günü 🔥 | Traditional Ashure Dessert in Nature

As Muharram approaches, we decided to light our fire by the riverside and make Ashure. 🔥🥣 We started the day with an empty pot. Wheat, chickpeas, white beans, raisins, dried apricots, and other ingredients slowly came together in the pot. The fire kept burning, the river kept flowing, and we spent the day patiently waiting beside it. As the hours passed, the texture thickened and the aroma filled the air. Finally, we topped it with walnuts and pomegranate before serving. At the end of a slow day in nature, accompanied by the sound of flowing water, Ashure was on our table. 🔥 We have smoke, but no chimney.
