今天示范给大家如何制作泰式酸辣酱汁(Thai Seafood Sauce), 这个酱汁非常多用途,用在蒸各式各样的海鲜,凉拌沙拉,当做烤肉或火锅沾酱都非常合适。今天我示范两种用法,如何利用这个酱汁做一道正宗泰式酸辣鱼,酸辣爽口非常好吃又开胃。今年农历新年不懂蒸什么鱼, 不如试试这道泰式酸辣蒸鱼。另外我也教大家如何利用这个酱汁做一道泰式凉拌冬粉。 如果你跟着我的食谱做了蒸鱼和凉拌冬粉,会有剩下少许的酱汁可以当作火锅/肉类沾酱,多余的酱汁可以收在冰箱下次使用。收藏几个月都不会坏, 味道会更浓郁 。 Today I will show you how to make Thai Seafood Sauce. This sauce is very versatile. It is very suitable for steaming all kind of seafoods, cold salad, use as barbecue and hot pot dipping sauce. Today I demonstrate two usages, how to make Thai Steam Fish with this sauce. This steam fish is very delicious and appetizing. If you don’t know what fish to steam during this Chinese New Year, why not try this Thai-style steamed fish. In addition, I also teach you how to use this sauce to make a Thai Glass Noodle Salad. If you follow my recipe to make steamed fish & Glass Noodle Salad, there will be a little remaining sauce that can be used as a hot pot dipping sauce, the excess sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for later use.
