5-Min Standing Yoga To Wake Up
This 5-minute standing yoga flow will wake you up and energise you in the morning. You’ll warm up with some simple yoga moves then practice flowing between mountain pose, chair pose, and Crescent (high lunge) variations. In just 5 minutes, you’ll strengthen, stretch, breathe, and energise before moving into your day. You don’t need any props, although a yoga (sticky) mat will be helpful.
