Hello everyone, it's Kuno! 😄 I'll be hosting a workshop with my ally and fellow bikini fitness queen, Yoko Nagase, in Utsunomiya on February 4th. The theme will be waist and abs. This workshop will be small-group and include practical exercises. The waist is made up of not only abdominal fat, but also the ribs, pelvis, diaphragm, and pelvic floor muscles. Some may say there's no way to slim your waist, and that your slimness is determined from birth, but I don't think that's the case. I believe there are ways to slim it down and ways to thicken it. In fact, I've seen people who have slimmed down, and I know how to do it myself. This won't be the typical intense abdominal muscle training. Instead, we'll hold seminars and practical exercises (drills and training) to explain the theory and principles of what happens when you move like this, what happens, and what tissues are activated to slim your waist.
