We're back to the basics of cooking. This time with a roast beef that you can surprise the whole family with. Bring it to the table and cut it with a spoon. A flavor bomb, so easy to make. The important thing is to take advantage of all the tips in this video so you don't skip any steps. In this video, we chose the "vacuum" (belly cover) to cook it slowly, breaking down the connective tissue. The key is in the temperature. The softer it is, the tastier it is. I cooked it at 120 degrees for almost 5 hours, and you can see the result in the video. To complement the flavor, I always use the base vegetables: onion, carrot, and garlic.
