Pilgrimage to Aldhani

This is footage of our honeymoon ride to Aldhani, aka Cruachan dam, on Ben Cruachan, in the Highlands of Scotland. We were married in Oban the day before. In the first series of Andor the 2nd story arc takes our hero to join a band of Rebels as they plan a heist. The heist scenes were filmed at the dam. As Star Wars nerds we wanted to visit the filming location. With a limited budget, we chose to get married in the nearest town and arrange our honeymoon around this trip. While we did not get to see the Eye of Aldhani, the views were spectacular. Filmed via 3 Insta 360 cameras. Alice use her One RS. Jayne on the Red Trike carried an Insta360 X5, while I have our 1 Inch lens Insta360 one RS mounted on the back of my Blue trike. With photos coming from Alice's Sony DSLR and my Nikon D3300 DSLR. Footage is edited down and uploaded to Youtube at 4K, if quality is poor check your bandwidth settings as often Youtube throttles quality over restricted connections. I have a visual memory, Jayne does not, so I make the videos in long form format so that Jayne can enjoy the ride memories, we hope others will enjoy the long rides with us.
