Gabriel and Luísa decided to pursue their dream of owning an imported electric car and went to a dealership to make the purchase. The couple chose a model valued at around €19,500 and expected to receive it a few days after the purchase. However, since March, they have faced several problems due to the company's alleged failure to meet deadlines and commitments. The situation worsened when some documents sent by the couple were lost. Furthermore, Gabriel and Luísa claim they were unable to get answers from the store manager or concrete information about the vehicle's delivery. With no solution in sight, they turned to the 'Consumer Patrol' segment. Journalist Celso Russomanno visited the dealership to try to clarify the case with those in charge. During the conversations, communication failures and problems related to documentation, which was allegedly incomplete or missing, were identified. Despite the payment being made in full, including the vehicle's associated charges, the car remained undelivered. Following Celso Russomanno's intervention and negotiations with management, the dealership agreed to compensate Gabriel and Luísa for the expenses and inconvenience caused by the delay in delivery.
