How is that possible? Yes, because from the outside, there are literally no windows, especially on the first floor. This is done to maintain the privacy of the homeowners, allowing them to freely move around inside. This two-story house has a land area of approximately 230 square meters, or 12.5x15 meters. The building itself is 377 square meters with 4 bedrooms. From the front, the house looks simple yet pleasing to the eye, thanks to the well-proportioned facade design. The elements chosen also emphasize local materials such as red brick, wood, and natural stone. This residence truly has a modern tropical home concept. The house design also doesn't require an additional canopy, thanks to a carport designed specifically to allow the homeowner's vehicle to be stored in good condition. The carport is quite spacious, wide and extending all the way to the front door. There's no dedicated terrace at the front of the house, as this enclosed yet open home has many comfortable communal areas that can accommodate the owner's needs.
