Ngobras 7: Rumah yang Indah Tapi Effortnya Rendah By SPOA Architecture

Welcome back to my channel Rizki Abadi In this episode of Ngobras, we will chat with the architect, namely Rahmat Indrani priciple from SPOA Architecture   / spoa.ae   As the title implies, this house is made with the reduhouse concept which emphasizes beautiful things but low effort. This 2-storey house has a land area of ​​6x14 meters or 84 square meters, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Even though it has a land area that is not too large, its land use can be maximized properly. This is evidenced by the fact that there are still service areas, drying areas, and kitchen areas which are very sufficient for the needs of homeowners. Oh yes, the area of ​​the building itself reaches 140 m2. This industrial house consists of 2 building masses connected by an iconic bridge in the middle. Because of that there is also a void or garden in the middle of the house, which also serves as a lung that supplies fresh air and sunlight into the house. Modern industrial house designs like this may look foreign to some people, but of course it will be a dream home for those who like it, especially if the house also fulfills the ideal aspects of the residents of the house.
