Broadway First Dates: Be More Chill's Joe Iconis and Lauren Marcus
Be More Chill is bringing two Broadway debuts to one family this season. Spouses Joe Iconis (the show's composer) and Lauren Marcus (who plays Brooke) are in the midst of previews at the Lyceum Theatre where Be More Chill is set to open on March 10. And yet, they still found time to stop by and share the story of…all their first dates. The pair got off to a shaky start (an unsteady barstool was involved), but they eventually figured it out and got their Broadway love story.
