The expert in failure: Caleb Meakins at TEDxManchester

Caleb is founder of My 40 Days and winner of Milkround's '2013 Graduate of the Year'. He studied a Masters in Civil Engineering at Loughborough University but after winning the university's prestigious Social Enterprise Award, decided to go down a more entrepreneurial route. In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event.
