Entrepreneur Richard Sudek discuses the fear of failure and its many benefits. He teaches us to embrace and learn from failure and its many forms. Sudek is the Director of the Leatherby Center for Entrepreneurship and Business Ethics at Chapman University. He is also an active angel investor and Chairman Emeritus of Tech Coast Angels.
