Welcome to this full body pilates workout with weights! If you don't have weights, you can always grab some water bottles or soup cans, or you can do this workout without any equipment. Let's work our mind and body as we center our hearts on Colossians 1:16-17! ----------------------------- Welcome to Living Lightly where we're passionate about faith and fitness!
